| Very good food and very well presented and served
We've been to the branch on 68 Des Voeux Rd. Central and the one in New Town Plaza Shatin. Both are very good and innovative. We loved the innovation (for us) that at each place setting at the Des Voeux branch there were 2 sets of chopsticks for each person. One set was for taking food from the communal dishes and the other set was for the diner to eat with. How hygenic!
We also liked that pickled turnip automatically came with tea. We had
Sheng Jian bao (lightly pan-fried buns with soup inside). They were very good. We had an unusual and good vegetarian bean curd roll served cold in special sauce (HK$35). We also had the special promotion: shrimp in gloppy tomato sauce like sweet and sour (HK$94) which we would not recommend. For dessert we had Red date stuffed with sticky rice (HK$38).
The service was very good and the design of the space is nice. |
