Nando's Quality isnt the same worldwide??

I went to Nando's at Sungei Wang twice...The first time I went there was not by choice. I just had a coleslaw. It was okay. The chocolate drink I had was nice. The second time I went, there were three of us. I had the quarter chicken meal. My boyfriend had a beef wrap and my friend had some chips and a sandwich if I'm not mistaken( You see, I dont remember food that arent impressive).
The Chicken meal I had was served cold, the chicken was so small and the side dishes wasnt that impressive. There are a lot of things that I would tolerate but I wouldnt tolerate my food served cold. Which also happened when I ordered Chicken Briyani from Pak Li Kopitiam. The beef wrap was also cold. It was the worst experience ever.
The waiters also lack professional training. The barely understand English. I know that this is not Nando's standard because I went to the Nando's in London and everything was perfect. Food served piping hot, bigger chicken portions, great side orders.
Is it just human resource problem...is it that the people that Nando's hire dont bother about food quality or just plain lazy that they take shortcuts in doing their work that eventually hurts the quality of the food...in a bigger picture it will hurt Nando's good name. I trust it isnt easy to find people who are good when it comes to waitressing or waitering in this country. It is so different overseas.

Must Tries: Coleslaw, Chocolate drink

Taste like chicken...??

Firstly, the Nando's I went to in KL was at SUngei Wang but since as with all food chain stores they share the same recipe I would assume the 'standard' would be pretty much the same everywhere.

If you're very familiar with Kenny Rogers Roasters then Nando's is like its distant cousin. I said distant because when it comes to the chicken, it's nowhere near the fat, juicy, white meat you'll find at Kenny Rogers. I swear their poultry came from some random village in the upstate where they barely feed the chickens more than twice...a week. That's right some ayam kampung. So lean and...meatless.

Overall, it was not a satisfying meal...especially not for a birthday occassion. In fact best if you walk down to nearby Pudu bus station, purchase a coach ticket and head down to Singapore's Kenny Rogers. Quarter chicken with macaroni and cheese, and coleslaw on the side...mmm...
