Food portions at Nando's successfully get smaller with every visit. The chicken strips + rice + salad barely filled half of the plate the last time I visited.

I happen to like Nando's but I don't visit often. Apart from the shrinking portions, the service is disgustingly slow. When I wave at one waiter, he/she informs another one to come to my service. The waiter doesn't come. SO I wave at another, and he/she informs yet another one to come to my service - that doesn't happen too (you get the picture).

When I finally get the attention of a waiter, he/she chats with his/her fellow waiter (rather loudly.. shouting across the room) before taking his/her own sweet time to come to my service...

Also, without fail, with every visit, they will manage to get at least one of our orders wrong.
