Will you return to this place? Not Sure
I spent about S$12 per person

Review Date: 19 Mar 2010
1 Harbourfront Walk, #B2-30 VivoCity, Singapore
busy lunch hour

Went in a large group of 12 and there was already another large group seated. The place did feel cramped to accommodate so many of us!

I was quite impressed with the person who took our orders. We just need to tell him the item number, and he will repeat the name of the dish from memory for verification. Wow! I wish I have that kind of memory.

Ordered seafood green curry, and as usual, it was creamy, with a little spice and sweet. Seafood means some squid, 2 prawns, some fish and chunks of potato. My colleagues ordered the beef with stick noodle, glass noodle in tomyum and chicken ball glass noodle. Had a taste of the beef soup and it has a nice body to it but my colleague complained of thirst afterwards. The tomyum soup was clear and quite fiery to taste.

I also recommend this place for
Type of meal:Lunch
Occasion:Large Groups/Gathering
Atmosphere:Vibrant/Noisy

on Madam Kwan's (Mid Valley Megamall): expensive local fare
Only Yuppies and the well heeled frequent Madam Kwan's. And I suspect that's how Madam Kwan wants it to be. I only patronise it when I'm onto someone else's generosity. But for the outlet to be always full luch/dinner time, the food must have been quite good and ppl are prepared to pay..so what gives

True! Lunch time can be chaotic.

The best meal in my life was at
My hometown... the fishball noodle besides the railway track where the fishballs actually tasted like fish and not flour! Or the char kway teow at the roundabout stall where I patronize after school meetings... all of these have since extinct!

I drink only
clean stuffs

I'm allergic to
bad service, bad smell, bad taste, bad everything

My last meal would be
eaten in peace...
